I feel so sorry for modern brides. The Wedding Industry has really done you a great disservice with the invention of RSVP cards. Back in the old days (1960s) we didn have to cram every single bit of information into the invitation because we knew we Avondjurken 2012 be having a nice, long phone conversation with our guests (or at least a member of their family) long before the date of the ceremony. How did we arrange to have this conversation? We did our RSVPing by phone. Of course, the busy bride didn make or take all these phone calls herself; friends and family did most of it.
